Each completely unused credit pack is eligible for a full refund requested within 7 calendar days of purchase. Used packs do not qualify for change-of-mind refunds. Duplicate charges, non-delivery and unresolved service faults are reviewed separately; statutory rights are unaffected. Support replies within 48 hours, decides within 5 calendar days after receiving the necessary information, and initiates approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 calendar days. Bank processing time is additional.

Current service and your projects The current workspace supports local project editing, templates, asset organization and backups. AI generation remains a static demonstration. Real AI generation, cloud synchronization, payment collection and credit allocation are not connected. Demonstration actions do not charge credits or create purchases. Keep exported backups: browser data can be removed and local storage is not a cloud backup. Credit packs and pricing One-time payment. No subscription or automatic renewal. These purchase rules apply to verified purchases when payment collection is available. Your materials and acceptable use Use only materials you own or have permission to use, including likenesses, voices, music and trademarks. You retain your rights in your uploaded materials. Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, infringement, harassment, exploitation or attempts to compromise systems. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining rights needed for publication. Example artwork is reference material and does not grant rights to third-party works. Availability and ending use You can stop using the workspace at any time. Export your projects before clearing browser storage. Credit purchases do not renew and there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Access may be restricted for misuse or security reasons; contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Service changes do not remove rights relating to an already verified purchase or applicable consumer protections. Privacy and disputes Read the Privacy Policy for information about local project storage and support requests. Please contact support first to resolve service or purchase concerns. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or prevents you from using dispute channels available under applicable law. No particular court, governing law or arbitration waiver is imposed by this page. Changes to these terms The date above identifies this version. The interface includes keyboard focus, named controls and reduced-motion support. Shot order can be changed with the earlier/later buttons without dragging. Contact support if a control is difficult to use.
Uploaded files remain subject to their existing rights. The supplied concept artwork is labeled as inspiration. No legal copyright owner for the Plotivra service has been asserted in this preview.
AI generation, cloud synchronization, payment and final video rendering are not connected. Uploaded video playback depends on your browser and the file codec. No rendered-film result is implied by a reference image.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The current creative workspace does not transmit project media.
